The employee was unhelpful and unable to take of our needs because we booked through Viator. We messaged Viator and they did not help. They were unwilling to cancel the reservation on their end which would have allowed us to be refunded by…”

“I was quite disappointed with this experience. I booked the activity for a group of 11 people, but unfortunately, one participant couldn't join due to a canceled flight to New York. I contacted the provider to request a refund for that person, but never received a response. Upon arrival, since we had already paid for 11 bikes, I asked if we could get two or three baskets (the bikes were quite old and not very comfortable). However, the staff member insisted that we would need to pay for them, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. While the activity itself was enjoyable, the customer service left much to be desired.”

But by the cashier we were more or less forced to pay the full price even after doubting about the price she entered in her system. They said that it would be arranged after paying.
