The employee was unhelpful and unable to take of our needs because we booked through Viator. We messaged Viator and they did not help. Realising we could not be refunded, we asked if we could try out an e-bike for 30 minutes instead. The employees were unwilling and preferred we lose the money we gave them and not take a bike ride. They were unwilling to cancel the reservation on their end which would have allowed us to be refunded by…”
